4Paws 4Patriots offers service dog training to disabled Veterans and first responders at NO cost to them.
2. MY DOG RECENTLY SUCCESSFULLY PASSED THE AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZENS TEST PROVIDED THROUGH 4PAWS4PATRIOTS, NOW WHAT DO I DO?
Congratulations to your dog! The test evaluator keeps a copy of the form, and gives you two copies. You take the original copy and mail it with a $10.00 check to AKC Canine Good Citizen Department, P.O. Box 900064, Raleigh, NC 27675-9064.
Note: The address on the check must be the same as the mailing address for your certificate.
3. CAN I USE THE DOG I ALREADY HAVE TO BE MY SERVICE DOG?
